Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site:

• Booking requests: name, email, phone, pickup and drop locations, dates, passenger count and any note you add.
• Enquiries: name, email, optional phone, subject and message.
• Newsletter: email address, and your name if you gave one.

We also record the IP address and browser your submission came from. That is used to block automated spam, nothing else.

Why we hold it

To answer you, to arrange the car, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Booking details are kept while the trip is being arranged and afterwards as a business record. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside our team, other than the chauffeur assigned to your trip, who is given only what they need to complete it. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers.

Email you receive from us

Booking confirmations and enquiry replies are sent because you contacted us. Marketing email is only sent if you ticked the box or used the newsletter form, and every one of those carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie so forms can be protected against cross-site request forgery. There is no advertising or third-party tracking cookie. The contact page embeds a Google Map, which is subject to Google's own terms if you interact with it.

Removing your data

Email samaluxuryjourney@gmail.com or call +91 99204 75239 and ask. We will delete what we hold, apart from anything we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
